The thermal bath facilities were great, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

Breakfast options were somewhat repetitive, and the limited spa hours were inconvenient.

During our 5-night stay, we enjoyed the vibrant atmosphere of the pool bar, where the selection of drinks and complimentary snacks added to our experience. The sweeping views from the large balcony of our room were a highlight, allowing us to relax in style. While the walk to the beach and town felt a bit long, the stunning external grounds made up for it, providing a tranquil environment to unwind. I particularly appreciated the excellent housekeeping, ensuring everything was clean and tidy.

Don't miss the views from the Aragonese Castle—so stunning! Just a heads-up, it's a bit of a walk to the beach and town but worth it for the tranquility!

The air conditioning in our room was tricky to adjust, which was a bit annoying during our stay.

The Comfort Double Room was spacious and really comfy. We had a lovely balcony that offered fantastic views. Plus, the cleanup was top-notch, with everything spotless. It felt welcoming and relaxing, perfect for unwinding after a day out. I loved how the room looked—clean and modern. Just wish the breakfast area wasn’t so loud, but overall, the room experience made the stay special.

The pools are exceptional , especially the heated mineral pool. The landscaping is beautiful , and the staff at the Reception Desk welcomed us with traditional Italian hospitality. We enjoyed the view from the terrace.

Just a fine choice for a lightning stop in Ischia with good value for money. Marco at reception organized our trip to Vesuvius with smooth transfers and a great guide. Avoid the garden rooms if you don't want to tackle 66 steps every time you head to your room.
